What coaching is

Coaching is a collaborative professional service that supports reflection, goal setting, decision-making, personal and professional development, and the identification of practical next steps.

Outcomes depend on many factors, including your own circumstances, choices and actions, and cannot be guaranteed.

What coaching is not

Coaching is not psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, diagnosis or emergency support. It does not replace advice or treatment from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

If you are in crisis or need urgent help, please contact the emergency or healthcare services available where you are.

Specialist advice

Coaching conversations may touch on work, career, business or financial questions, but coaching does not replace specialist legal, financial, tax or medical advice. Where a decision requires regulated professional advice, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.

Your role and responsibility

You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions and actions. Kristiāna does not make decisions on your behalf and does not guarantee a specific career, financial, personal or business outcome.

Bookings, rescheduling and cancellation

Sessions are requested through this website or by email and are arranged through [Booking provider]. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation by email.

Sessions take place online via [Video meeting provider]. If technical difficulties prevent a session from taking place, we will either continue on another channel or arrange a new time at no additional cost.

The individual coaching agreement
