About Kristiāna

Helping busy women create more clarity, balance, and direction.

If you are carrying significant responsibilities — at work, at home, in your relationships — and have reached a point where you want to reconnect with what you actually want, you are in the right place.

You may be here because…

You do not need to have the answer before you begin.

You are capable, responsible and accustomed to managing a great deal. And somewhere along the way, your own needs, ambitions and sense of direction may have quietly moved to the back of the queue.

Perhaps you are questioning whether your current career still fits. Perhaps your identity has become so wrapped up in responsibilities that it is hard to say where you end and they begin. Perhaps you know something needs to change, but the shape of that change is still unclear.

You may want more balance without abandoning your ambition. You may want to make a thoughtful next move rather than an impulsive one. Or you may simply need a quiet space to think clearly, away from other people's expectations.

Sometimes the first step is simply creating enough room to hear yourself again.

My story

I have lived more than one version of a good life.

I spent thirteen years as a professional musician. That world taught me discipline, sensitivity, preparation, presence and the ability to listen deeply — not only to sound, but to what is underneath it.

Later, I moved into a very different professional environment. I earned an MBA and developed experience across business, finance and strategy. I have also built my own business and experienced significant career and identity shifts of my own.

Those transitions were not simply about changing jobs. They raised deeper questions: Who am I without the role I have known? What do I want now? Which parts of my old life do I want to keep, and what am I ready to leave behind? What does success mean to me at this stage of my life?

I understand both sides of change: the emotional complexity of letting go of a familiar identity, and the practical reality of making decisions, creating structure and moving forward.

Why this matters for my clients

The inner questions and the practical decisions can live in the same room.

My unusual combination of creative and business experience means I can work comfortably with both sides of what you bring. I can help you explore how you feel, what matters and what may no longer fit — while also helping you organise your thoughts, evaluate possibilities and identify realistic next steps.

I do not believe women need to choose between meaning and ambition, intuition and logic, success and wellbeing. In coaching, all of these are allowed to matter at once.

My approach

I do not tell you how to live your life.

I create the conditions in which you can begin to hear your own thinking more clearly.

Coaching with me is collaborative, not prescriptive. I ask thoughtful questions, listen for what is underneath the obvious answer, and help you notice patterns that may be shaping your choices without your awareness.

When everything feels tangled, I bring structure. When your own desires have become hard to separate from external expectations, I help you distinguish what is truly yours. And when insight arrives, I support you in turning it into practical action.

This is not endless introspection. We balance reflection with movement — greater self-understanding followed by intentional decisions and realistic next steps.

Who I work best with

Women who are ready to take their own questions seriously.

You carry a lot of responsibility, and you are used to being the person others rely on.

You appear successful or capable on the outside, yet inside you feel disconnected from yourself.

You are going through a career or life transition and cannot yet see the shape of what comes next.

You are reconsidering your priorities, and wondering what balance might look like now.

You want more harmony in your life without giving up everything you have built.

You are considering a new professional direction but feel stuck between several possible paths.

You want to understand what the next chapter of your life should look like — not what it should look like to anyone else.

Nothing here suggests something is wrong with you. Transition is a natural moment for reflection and conscious choice — especially when you have spent years directing your energy toward everything except yourself.

What you can expect from me

A steady, honest partnership.

A calm space to think

Time where your priorities come first, without interruption or performance.

Honest questions

Questions that help you look beyond automatic answers and old assumptions.

Practical clarity

Turning tangled thoughts and possibilities into clearer, more workable choices.

No judgement, no pressure

You set the direction and pace. There is nothing to prove in this room.

Forward movement

Each conversation should leave you with more awareness, clarity or a meaningful next step.

Professional background

Credentials that support the work, not replace it.

13 years as a professional musician
MBA
Experience in business, finance and strategy
Entrepreneurship
International coaching work and perspective
Professional coach training and certification

These credentials matter because they help you trust the space. But the real work happens through the quality of attention, honesty and structure I bring to our conversations.

You may not know exactly what your next chapter looks like yet.

You may simply know that the way things are now no longer feels quite right. That is enough of a place to begin.

The First Connection Session is a relaxed 30-minute conversation — a chance to meet, talk about what is happening in your life, and see whether coaching together feels right.
